Seeking Interactive Designer for Ongoing Freelance

We are looking for a fresh thinking designer to put their creative touch on art direction and graphic design for a web application designed to help cities manage energy resources better. The project is designing an application that is highly interactive and we're hoping someone with a fresh, creative mind can help us with the design.

You should have key skills in Illustrator and Photoshop (Flash is a plus).
