Volunteer as a Program Marketing Assistant for C.E.O. Women!
The mission of C.E.O. Women is to create economic opportunities for low-income immigrant and refugee women through teaching English, communications and entrepreneurship skills, so they can establish successful livelihoods. C.E.O. Women seeks a volunteer to design a branding plan and related collateral for our alumnae support program, Women Connected. The Program Marketing Assistant will also create templates for marketing materials for C.E.O. Women’s microenterprise training programs.
Position Description:
In collaboration with C.E.O. Women’s Women Connected staff, the Program Marketing Assistant will create a branding strategy for Women Connected, including:
· Creation of brand identity & positioning for Women Connected
· Logo design for Women Connected and Small Business Connect, a new collaborative project between microenterprise organizations
· Design of brochures, membership cards, and other program marketing collateral for the Women Connected Program
· Creation of guidelines & templates for future Women Connected collateral creation
In collaboration with C.E.O. Women’s training program staff, the Program Marketing Assistant will:
Create templates for marketing materials for C.E.O. Women’s introductory course and small business training program

Skills & Experience:
Required:
Expertise in brand creation, including brand identity and marketing collateral
Graphic design skills and ability to create design templates in Microsoft Publisher that can be modified and updated by staff
Interest in aiding immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs as they start and grow their businesses
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred:
Experience marketing to immigrant communities and/or English language learners
Time Commitment:
Flexible, two-month commitment
After an initial training and meeting, the project can be completed off-site
Note: This is an unpaid, volunteer position.
